Organization of S.A.T.O
The S.A.T.O design office is overseen by a Board of Directors and managed by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). It is organized into three (03) units and three (03) interconnected departments.
1 – GENERAL MANAGEMENT
The S.A.T.O unit is composed of a General Management Office, to which a secretariat, an IT service, and two (02) departments are attached.
2 – TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT (STUDIES AND SUPERVISION)
- Studies Division:
- Civil Engineering.
- Roads and Utilities (VRD).
- Technical Building Services (C.E.T.).
- Urban Planning.
- Supervision and Contracts Division:
- Project Supervision.
- Quantity Surveying (Cost Estimation).
3 – ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT
- Human Resources Management.
